Overview
This research examines One-Call/One-Click systems as institutional systems, not simply technology platforms. The national inventory documents how systems vary by host organization, jurisdictional scale, target population, service model, coordination function, and degree of integration with actual transportation providers.
Contribution
The work clarifies why some mobility coordination systems function primarily as information and referral tools, while others play a stronger role in trip planning, eligibility screening, provider coordination, and mobility management. It also highlights persistent gaps in door-through-door service, wheelchair-accessible trips, rural coverage, and sustainable funding.
