My professional practice includes social entrepreneurship, affordable housing strategy, planning consulting, and international work across land management, statutory planning, sanitation, transit-oriented development, and post-disaster reconstruction.
Established in 2010. Griha Pravesh was conceived as a first-of-its-kind housing facilitation center aimed at enabling low-income households to make informed homeownership decisions and navigate the process of buying.

Registered in 2009. DBS Affordable Homes was established to demonstrate market-driven solutions for affordable housing in India. I led market assessments, product mix strategies, and development planning for more than 4,000 homes across three cities in Gujarat.

Registered in 2007. Alchemy Urban Systems prepared plans for cities and regions in India, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Mauritius, and Mexico, specializing in land management, transit-oriented development, post-disaster reconstruction, city-wide sanitation, basic needs planning, and land-use planning.
